What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. It understands psychological health as the flow of energy in the human energy field. You can cultivate and maintain psychological health by clearing and releasing the harmful effects of negative or traumatic experiences. Since Reiki is an energy healing modality, the client can enjoy a Reiki session with me no matter where they are!

However, just as water can be"blocked" or "stuck" when obstructed, so can energy. When you’re unable to release the effects of a traumatic experience, the flow of energy in the body becomes blocked, congested, or depleted in ways that produce energetic imbalance. The imbalance will eventually affect the quality of your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, moods, behavior, and health.
